Having a guided tour of the market gives you a wealth of knowledge that otherwise you wouldn't have access to. On the occasions I have come to London and gone round Borough Market, I've always felt you must miss lots of things by wandering around aimlessly.
Visiting London last year, I was lucky enough to stumble upon the Borough market. What a treat indeed! Pretty pricey, though.
