Guestbook

A Slice Of Cherry Pie has been up and running for a month now and I'm really enjoying writing it.

I've loved reading the comments and watching my traffic stats to see where in the world you all are and what's bringing you here. There are so, so many of you!

I thought it would be nice to open a guestbook for you to sign your name and say hello as you stop by.

Just leave a comment against this post.

The best line from your blog was " cooking is all about comfort, pleasure, indulgence, relaxation, looking after body and mind, creating a home and welcoming friends."

I too cook a great deal and make my own smoked salmon, vbacon and pancetta I have hens to provide me with eggs and a vegetable garden for other supplies. This year I have started to keep bees so with any luck I will be producing my own honey as well. Keep up the good work.....

Julia,

Your blog is a breath of fresh air. I love food blogs. Here in the Bay Area many are getting slick and overproduced, though still retaining lots of great food and visual interest. Yours is accessible and welcoming. I am a home cook and food enthusiast who also appreciates the social aspects of food. I appreciate your videos on YouTube keep those coming. I really loved sitting down and seeing your fave cookbooks. It was like talking to myself--we like all the same ones. Cheers! - Erika in San Francisco

Hi Julia stumbled across your blog while looking for recipes. Great blog, spent last hour reading stuff. You have lots of links thru your blog.

As a teacher and a working mum I understand the difficulties with providing your family with a healthy diet. I have developed the website http://www.kidshealthyrecipes.com to help other parents wanting to know more about healthy kids food.

Could you please add a link to our site. I thought your site was so good I have added one to your site here
http://www.kidshealthyrecipes.com/index.php/links/?cat=Recipes

Thanks

Sue
