King Prawn Linguine With Chilli, Lemon And Parsley



Cook the linguine in salted water and then transfer to a plate and top with cooked king prawns. Squeeze a generous amount of fresh lemon juice over and drizzle with chilli olive oil. Finish with chopped parsley.

This recipe looks a littlbe bit plain. Not that it's my place to improve on what you've done, but I would have added some creme fraiche to the pasta and maybe tossed the prawns and parsley into it rather than just whacking them on top.
