Whipping up a Cake for Mum
I've been busy baking this morning for Mother's Day. Two Victoria Sponge cakes with fresh cream, one with raspberry conserve and one with blueberry. One cake for Mum, one cake for Mum-in-law and a lick of the spoon for me.
