Something So Good

Sometimes you're serving something so fresh and so full of flavour that all you need with it are some salad leaves, simply boiled new potatoes, a squeeze of lemon and a garnish of fresh herbs. Here, that something is sea bass.

That sea bass looks perfectly cooked. Delicious. I wish we had a better fish monger locally...ours is crap. I often wonder how he stays in business...but then again, maybe he uses me to get rid of his worst pieces...thinking I'm ignorant of what I should be getting. I've stopped going to him. I wonder do they have sea bass at my local Waitrose....I'll have to check!
