Sunday Lunch: Roast Beef

NOTE: I said I used duck fat for the roast potatoes when in fact I was showing you a tin of goose fat! It is goose fat that I was referring to, but you could use duck fat if you had some leftover from roasting a duck and that would be good too.

Great video, Julia! Any chance you could give temps in Fahrenheit for us cooks in the US?

Right now it's a bit too hot here for roast beef, but as soon as the weather gets colder I'll try to duplicate your lovely meal.

Curious about your Yorkshire pudding tins--I usually just use muffin tins, but yours seem to produce a better result.
